I have been listening to some Fripp & Eno records from the 1970s lately, and really enjoying them. So I started listening to more work by guitarist Robert Fripp.

This morning, the only song I wanted to listen to was “Moonchild” by King Crimson (1969)–which I first heard on the Buffalo `66 soundtrack. Turns out, it’s Robert Fripp on the guitar. I delight in coincidences like this–when two things you like turn out to be related.

(Disclaimer: This morning, all I wanted to hear was the first 2 1/2 minutes of the song. Afterwards is a ten minute ambient section… which is cool, but… just so you know.)
